DESIGN PACKAGES

VIRTUAL SERVICES
Are you pretty confident in your design skills but wish you could ask the opinion of a professional before taking the plunge? This new service is for you.

1-hour virtual ask-it-all $299
Over a video call with me, you will get to ask all the decor and design questions you want about your home. These questions can be anything from simple art placement, to paint colours to layout of furniture to full remodel. Anything you can fit in that hour. Make sure you take notes since this is a one-time consultation.

I only book 4 of these per month so get your time booked in early!

IN PERSON GRAND TOUR
Same as the service describe above but in person.

2-hour in person grand tour $549
I will come to your house and room by room, I will recommend what I would do to improve your space, for both function and aesthetic. You will also get to ask all the decor and design questions you want about your home. These questions can be anything from simple art placement, to paint colours to layout of furniture to full remodel. Anything you can fit in the 2 hours.
We can stick to 1-2 rooms or we can make it through the whole house. You use that time the way how you want. Make sure you take notes since this is a one-time consultation.

DECORATING PACKAGES
All packages below include:

Moodboard design (visual presentation to illustrate the style/decor/ of the space)
Artwork, lighting and all other decor recommendations (rugs, window treatment, etc)
Furniture and decor selection
Sampleboard (final moodboard (or 3D render) + shopping list with direct links to products
Paint colour consultation and selection (with access to my paint discount 20%-40%)
*Trades services paid by the home owner (painter, electrician, etc)

Package A DIY 1 ROOM: is $630 per room for 6 hrs of design work.
Package B MINI HOUSE FACELIFT: it $2100 for up to 3 rooms for 20 hrs of design work.
Package C: HOME MAKEOVER is $4200 for up to 5 rooms for 40 hrs of design work (includes 2D floor-plan and 3D renders of your space).

REMODEL PACKAGES
All packages below include:

Design of your new space in 3D
Mood-board (visual presentation to illustrate the style/decor/ of the space) and/or 3D renders.
Artwork, lighting and all other decor recommendations (rugs, window treatment, etc).
Shopping list with direct links to products.
Paint colour consultation and selection (with access to my paint discount 20%-40%)
2D floor-plan of your current space, plus proposed remodel.
Complete design scope document.
Coordination with the trades and management of the project all the way to completion.
*Contractor/Trades services paid by the home owner (painter, electrician, etc)

Package A: SMALL $2100 for 20 hrs of design work for example: bathroom, primary suite, small kitchen brother small space.
Package B: MEDIUM $4200 for 40 hrs of design work for example: kitchen remodel or portion of a main floor, etc.
Package C: MAIN FLOOR REDO $6300 for 60 hrs of design work for a main floor remodel (kitchen, 1/2 bath, living + dining room), small house, cottage, etc.
*If required, the documents for permit submission (CAD), will be provided by a certified drafter.

NEW BUILD / ADDITION PACKAGES
All packages below include:

Design of your new house, cottage or addition in 3D
Mood-board (visual presentation to illustrate the style/decor/ of the space) and/or 3D renders.
Artwork, lighting and all other decor recommendations (rugs, window treatment, etc).
Shopping list with direct links to products.
Paint colour consultation and selection (with access to my paint discount 20%-40%)
2D floor-plan of your current space, plus proposed remodel.
Complete design scope document.
Coordination with the trades and management of the project all the way to completion.
*Contractor/Trades services paid by the home owner (painter, electrician, etc)

HOUSE ADDITION starting at $6300.
NEW COTTAGE / HOUSE starting at $8400.
*If required, the documents for permit submission (CAD), will be provided by a certified drafter.

COMMERCIAL PROJECTS
This package includes all the services listed in the above packages for a complete cohesive design of the entire commercial space (with exterior curb appeal and landscaping available as add-ons).

- The standard commercial package includes 40 to 50 hours of design work for up to 2000 sq.ft. Cost starts at $4200. Example: reception area, retail, storage, offices, bathroom, common room, etc.
- The larger commercial package includes 60 to 80 hours of design work for up to 3000 sq. ft. Cost starts at $6300. Example: reception area, retail, storage, offices, bathroom, common areas, etc.
- For bigger commercial projects, please request a quote.

COLOUR CONSULTATION
The "colour consultation" package includes:

A site visit with hundreds of paint chip samples from Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore.
Client access to our paint discount 20%-40% at Sherwin Williams.
$80 per room for the first 3 rooms. Hourly after that is $120/hr

SELLING YOUR HOME?
This service is designed to prepare your house prior to putting it on the market.
While using the home owners' existing furniture & artwork, we will maximize the selling potential.

Room by room recommendations on decluttering & depersonalizing
Room by room recommendations on furniture layout
Room by room recommendations on artwork, lighting and decor items
If need be, paint colour selection (with access to our paint discount 20%-40%)
Curb Appeal (exterior) recommendations
$750 per house for up to 2000 sq.ft.
If you wish, I can do the work for you and prepare the space(s) for you ($120/hr)

* I also offer project management and coordination/booking of the trades people. My rate for this service is $120/hr.
* You dislike shopping? I'll do the shopping for you and bring the items to you. My fee is $60/hr.
